Do Explore members get concierge flight bookings?

Explore is the strategy and system tier. It does not include included concierge seats like Platinum or Black, but Explore members receive 10% off concierge bookings when they want iFLYflat to handle a specific redemption.

Is this only useful if I already have lots of points?

No. Explore is built for Australian businesses in the $250K–$1.5M range that already have business expenses and want a clear points strategy. It helps you understand what points to earn, where to earn them, when to move them, and how to aim them at Business Class travel.

Do I have to use Pay.com.au?

No. The Flights Club is independent. Pay.com.au may be one useful tool for certain businesses, but the recommendation should follow your numbers, suppliers, card setup and travel goals. If Pay.com.au is right for you, the included 12-month Premium tier fee waiver is worth $1,980, which almost offsets the $1,999 membership price before GST.

What if Business Class seats are hard to find?
