This Privacy Policy explains how iFLYflat Pty Ltd ABN 53 161 472 251, trading as The IFLYflat Flights Club, The Flights Club, and The Flights Club Travel, collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information.

We provide points strategy, travel education, membership and flight concierge services to Australia-based clients.

Our services are intended for individuals and businesses based in Australia. However, because travel, airlines, loyalty programs, payment systems, technology platforms and support providers often operate internationally, some personal information may be disclosed to or processed by recipients outside Australia where reasonably necessary to provide our services.

We do not generally collect sensitive information. If you provide health, dietary, mobility, accessibility or other sensitive information for travel purposes, we will only use it where reasonably necessary to assist with your requested travel arrangements or services.

If you provide personal information about another passenger, including a family member, child, employee, client or guest, you confirm that you have authority to provide that information to us and for us to use it to provide the requested services.

  • Join The Flights Club or another iFLYflat membership

Although we service Australia-based clients, some of our service providers, airlines, loyalty programs, travel partners, technology providers, contractors or support providers may be located overseas or may process information overseas.

This may include countries where airlines, loyalty programs, technology platforms, booking systems, payment systems, support providers or travel partners operate.

We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and limit access to personal information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.
