Free 60-second Points Audit for business owners

Discover how much Business Class value is hidden inside your business expenses. In under 60 seconds.

Your business is paying suppliers, ATO, payroll, software and advertising already. This audit shows what those payments could unlock when points are earned and used properly.

Step 1 of 4 — Your business spend

How much money does your business pay out each year?

Think suppliers, ATO/BAS, rent, contractors, software, insurance, payroll. The payments your business makes every month. (Loan repayments and interest usually don't count — but most of your other payments do.)

$1,000,000

Quick pick:
$200K $1M $2M $5M $10M
At $1,000,000 annual spend, you generate 2,250,000 points before any double-dip opportunities. At the assumed 1.9% fee rate, that is about $19,000/year in card-processing cost.
Step 2 of 4 — Pick an example destination

Where would you fly Business Class?

Pick one to see what a single seat actually costs you with points vs. cash. All flights priced ex-Sydney. Your audit numbers update live.

Step 3 of 4 — Your numbers

Your $1M spend earns 3.2 Sydney to London Business Class return flights each year.

These numbers use the conservative 2.25 points/$ baseline — a single-dip earn rate. With the right strategy (which The Points Travel OS teaches), the same dollar of spend can earn 2× or 3× this. We kept this audit conservative.

Here is the full cost vs benefit: how your spend becomes Sydney to London Business Class return flights, what it costs, and what you save. This is where The iFLYflat Flights Club is strongest — making the hidden value visible before you choose a pathway.

1. Reward points earned
Annual business spend $1,000,000
× Reward points per dollar × 2.25
= Annual reward points 2,250,000 pts
2. Seats this buys
Annual reward points 2,250,000 pts
÷ Points per London seat (238,000 airline points × 3.0 transfer ratio) ÷ 714,000 pts
= Sydney to London Business Class return flights /year 3.2 seats
3 Sydney to London Business Class return flights you can book this year, plus 108,000 leftover points (0.15 of a 4th seat). With the right strategy — which The Points Travel OS teaches — every leftover point compounds toward your next flight, never wasted.
3. What each seat costs you
Annual cost of points ($1,000,000 × 1.9%) $19,000
÷ 3.2 seats earned = cost of points per seat $6,029
Your real cost of points depends on your card mix — typically $0 to $6,029 per seat. Some spend can earn at near-zero cost.
+ Airline taxes per seat (London) + $1,470
= Cost per Business Class return seat $7,499
4. What you save
Per seat × Seats = Annual
Cash retail price $12,000 3 $36,000
− Your cost using points $7,499 3 −$22,497
= You save $4,501 3 $13,502

You earn 1 Sydney to London Business Class return seat every 3.9 months.

That's 3.2 seats in your business year — and your points compound year after year.

The money is already leaving the business. The question is whether it leaves as an expense only — or also creates Business Class travel value.
Business expenses → points strategy → smarter Business Class travel.

Common questions.

Why does the calculator show flights from Sydney?
Sydney is used as the origin for all calculations because cash prices, airline points required, and tax/surcharge amounts vary by departure city. We picked one consistent baseline so the math is defensible and reproducible. If you're flying from Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, or elsewhere, the numbers shift slightly — generally within 5–15% of the Sydney baseline. Your Fit Call covers the specifics for your home airport.
What about the payment fees — don't they cancel out the value?
No, for most businesses above $500k spend. The net saving per Business Class return seat varies by route — domestic Melbourne saves around $400–$500 per seat but you generate many seats (36+ per $1M spend); international routes like London save $5,000–$6,000 per seat. At $1M spend on Melbourne, you net around $14,000 per year; on long-haul, well over $20,000. The cost of points is real, but the trade is good — typically $1.90 of flight value for every $1 of cost.
What if the Business Class reward seats I want aren't available?
Reward seat availability is real, but solvable. Three things help: book early (10–11 months out for peak periods), be flexible on day or date by a day or two, and use the right airline program for your route (Cathay for HKG/LHR, Velocity partners for USA, etc). Platinum and Black members hand booking over to our concierge, who knows the patterns and books seats most members would never find themselves. Explore members get the strategy and member-only booking tips to do it themselves — typically with 90%+ success on routes booked 6+ months out.
Why can't I just figure this out myself with Google?
You can — but the cost is time, lost points, and missed value you'll never see. Earning and redeeming points is a long game of trial and error: which card, which supplier mix, which transfer partner, which redemption sweet spot. DIY business owners typically take 18–24 months to build a working system, and even then don't know whether they're doing it right — because there's no benchmark for what "good" looks like. The Flights Club gives you Steve Hui's 13 years of experience and the proven Points Travel OS, so you skip the experimentation, earn benefit from day one, and consistently leverage your points for maximum value instead of the average DIYer's result.
Is this only for large businesses?
No. Explore starts at $250k annual spend. At that level you can generate enough points for 1–2 domestic Business Class return seats per year. The value scales with spend — but the structure works at any level above $250k.
How long does it take to set up?
Most members are fully structured within 1–2 weeks. The card application, payment routing, and loyalty account setup can all happen in parallel. You'll start earning points from your very next payment cycle.
What's the difference between Explore, Platinum, and Black?
Explore ($1,999+GST/yr) is self-directed — you get the Points Travel OS, partner benefits, Gold memberships, monthly group sessions, and DIY points-flight booking support. Platinum ($6,000+GST/yr) is advisory-led — 4 x return Business Class points seat bookings per year, a 1:1 Points Travel Strategy Session with Steve Hui, and a dedicated booking team. Black ($10,000+GST/yr) is the full concierge experience — 10 x return Business Class points seat bookings per year, direct access to Steve, and a dedicated senior booking expert. Explore is generally suited to $250K–$1.5M spend, Platinum to $1.5M–$5M, and Black to $5M+.
Does my business need to change suppliers or payment terms?
No. We work with your existing suppliers and payment terms. The only change is routing eligible payments through a points-earning card — which most suppliers accept without any surcharge.
Can I use the points for staff, directors, or clients?
Yes. Loyalty points belong to the account holder and can be deployed across your business travel needs. Platinum and Black concierge-booked seats are typically used by directors, key staff, or for client hosting. Black members can specifically book their 10 included seats for anyone — team, clients, or guests.
