Before you decide

Is Platinum an annual membership?+

Yes. Platinum is $6,500 + GST a year: the Flights Club membership itself ($2,500 — your points strategy, partner benefits, monthly call and community; sold on its own as Explore) plus a $4,000 Flight Pack. Renew and a fresh Flight Pack is added to your account.

What exactly is the Flight Pack?+

Our points-booking service for four return Business Class reward seats — 8 one-way seats, for one traveller. It covers finding and booking the seats. Points, airline taxes and carrier charges are separate.

How do seats work for more than one traveller?+

One seat is one person flying one way. One traveller flying return uses 2 seats. Two travellers on the same return trip use 4. Four travellers use all 8.

Do the Flight Pack seats expire?+

Each seat is valid for 36 months from the date it was issued. The reward seat has to be ticketed by then; the flight itself can be later. Unused seats stay valid even if your membership lapses.

What happens when I renew?+

A fresh Flight Pack is added with its own 36-month clock. Unused seats from earlier Packs stack alongside it and are used oldest-first. If you already have plenty of seats, you can renew the membership without a new Pack and keep them.

What if you can’t find a reward seat?+

No seat is used. Reward seats are controlled by the airlines and never guaranteed, so if there isn’t one on your dates our travel agency finds you the sharpest cash fare instead and your seats are kept for the next trip.

What if I don’t have enough points yet?+

If the right seat appears before your balance is ready, eligible members can access the missing miles through HeyMax First and book it now. Eligibility and partner terms apply; exact rates are confirmed when you join.

Do you buy the flights for us?+

No. Your membership covers our strategy and booking service. We find the reward seat and book it with your points; you pay the points, airline taxes and carrier charges — a fraction of the retail fare.
