Four return Business Class seats a year,
found and booked for you.
On points whenever the seats exist. When they don’t, we book you the sharpest cash fare so the trip still happens. Booked with your points, with the full Explore membership as your base.
The booking value alone covers the membership — the maths is below.
No per-seat booking fee on your included seats — you pay the points and airline taxes, never the retail fare.

Turn your business spend into Business Class.
Your business already spends millions a year — cards, bills, payroll, BAS, suppliers. Most of those points leak away on gift cards, upgrades and hotel nights. Platinum turns that same spend into a points engine built for Business Class, at volume.
We find which of your business payments can earn points — cards, bills, payroll, BAS, suppliers — and which are quietly earning nothing.
We structure the right cards and programs so your spend earns points at full velocity — instead of leaking value with no strategy behind it.
Those points book Business Class reward seats with your name on them, whenever the airline has released one — at a fraction of the cash fare, booked for you by our concierge team. When it hasn’t, we book the trip on cash and the points wait for the next one.
You stop trying to use points better, and start having Business Class seats booked for you — with your points, by a team that does it at a level your business has always deserved.
Two ways to pay
for every flight.
Everyone else has one way to pay for Business Class: the fare. Members have two.
When a reward seat exists for your route and dates, you fly on points and pay the taxes. When it doesn’t, you pay cash like you always have, and our travel agency finds you the sharpest fare going.
We don’t change every flight. We give you the option on every flight. Across a year of travel, that option is the difference between paying full fare every time and paying it only when you have to.
Points when they’re there. Cash when they’re not. Business Class either way.
Book the flight first.
Earn the points back.
A Business Class reward seat takes most people 12 to 18 months of spend to earn. HeyMax First fronts the points now, so you fly this year instead. In Australia, only Flights Club members can get it.
Sydney → Tokyo → Sydney · Business Class · one seat
Same seat. Your business earns points like these on spend it’s already making. The Points Audit tells you how many seats a year that is, before you pay us a cent.
Haven’t earned them yet? HeyMax First advances the points. Fly this year, earn them back.
Published award-chart price for one return seat, August 2026; cash fare typical for the route; taxes and carrier charges extra; reward-seat availability applies.
What it costs you. Your Max Miles subscription builds points across the year. When a trip needs them sooner, HeyMax First advances them, against a refundable deposit that comes back as you earn them back. The HeyMax membership fee, normally S$699 a year at this level, is waived for Flights Club members. Exact rates are confirmed when you join.
How it works
The route and dates you actually want.
Straight into the airline program, so the seat can be booked.
We ticket it in your name, while it’s still there.
Your subscription earns them back over the year. No deadline, no penalties.
The Discovery Call is the first step.
Seat availability applies and we never promise a specific outcome. Eligibility and points-type conditions apply. Available to members from September 2026; rates are confirmed when you join.
And the booking value alone covers the membership.
Your 4 return seats would cost up to $7,600 in booking fees if booked one at a time — before the included Explore base pays for anything else.
Recent member booking: the Walsh family — Melbourne → Milan, three Business seats on points · saved $14,317.

Plus the parts we don't put a price on: The Points Travel OS (your personalised points strategy), your 1:1 with Steve Hui, Max Miles, and the Platinum & Black member community.
$41,900+ of first-year value. Platinum is $6,500/yr +GST.
Most members save $15,000–$60,000 on flights in their first year.
And on points, a Sydney–Europe Business Class seat can cost a fraction of the $12,000+ cash fare. See the maths →
Illustration only, not a guaranteed cash saving. Based on the Rest-of-World concierge fee of $950 per seat, each way: 4 return trips = 8 one-way Business Class flights (up to $7,600). Fees are lower on shorter routes and vary by booking. Partner benefit values as published (Pay.com.au Premium $1,980; ALL Accor+ Explorer $349); partner conditions apply. Retail fare range is typical for long-haul return Business Class (e.g. Sydney–London); the seats are flown on your points, so the flying-itself figure is what those seats would cost in cash, not a cash payment to you. Savings depend on routes, availability and points balances and are not guaranteed.
- ✓Found and booked for you — a dedicated flight concierge team searches 12+ programs and secures each of your four return seats with your points. No per-booking fees.
- ✓Unused seats roll forward — a seat you don't fly this year isn't lost while you remain a Flights Club member.
- ✓Guided all year — The Points Travel OS keeps your balance earning at full velocity, and your annual 1:1 with Steve Hui keeps the strategy sharp.
- ✓In the room — the Platinum & Black member community, plus first access and member pricing on Flights Club Travel & Experiences.
Seen enough? Two ways to start.
Platinum is right for you if…
-
1You fly Business Class several times a year — conferences, suppliers, the family trip — and you'd rather it handled.
-
2Your points get spent on upgrades and gift cards — never a plan for repeated Business Class.
-
3You want a team to handle the searching, booking, and strategy — not a course, a tool, or a community forum.
-
4You are ready to stop leaving seat value on the table every year.

Beyond the seat.
The seats get you there. This is what the year becomes: first access and member pricing on the Flights Club Travel & Experiences calendar — Antarctica, Formula 1, closed-group journeys you won't find advertised, sourced across points and cash.

He builds the strategy that turns your business spend into Business Class, and co-hosts the Always Business Class podcast.
“The fundamental thing of business, I believe, is do more with less.”
A third-generation aviator with 20+ years designing transformational travel — Antarctic expeditions with Peter Hillary, Formula 1 weekends, global events. He curates the journeys, hosts the chapter dinners, and makes the introductions that land. Co-host of the Always Business Class podcast.
“A flight gets you somewhere. The room is what makes the trip mean something. My job is to make sure every member finds both.”
A room of people at your level.
Platinum and Black members share a private community, separate from Explore — a curated room of business owners at your level, hosted by Steve Pirie-Nally. The value isn't the app; it's the people: chapter dinners in your city, the long table where the person beside you understands the year you've had, and the introductions worth making.

What members tell us in year one
“I had no idea my business spend was generating this many points. Within the first three months, Steve's team had confirmed two Business Class seats to London. The membership paid for itself immediately.”
“I used to redeem points for gift cards and upgrades. I had no strategy. Now I fly Business Class every year and I have not paid retail once. The difference is having a team that actually knows what they are doing.”
Before you decide
What is HeyMax First — and do I need the points before I book?+
No — that's what makes it a world first — and in Australia, only Flights Club members can get it. Reward seats can disappear before your points balance catches up, so when we find a suitable Business Class seat, HeyMax First advances the miles and we book it — securing your flight — and you earn them back over time as your business spend generates points. Reward-seat availability still applies and we never promise a specific outcome. Eligibility applies and it's available on certain points types; we'll guide you on what works for your programs. Advance terms apply.
Do you buy the flights for us?+
No — and that's the point. Your membership covers our strategy and booking service. We find Business Class reward seats and book them using your points; you pay the points and the airline taxes and carrier charges, which is why the seats cost a fraction of the retail fare. We never sell or supply airline tickets.
What if I don't use all 4 seats in a year?+
Unused seats roll forward as long as you remain a Flights Club member. Nothing is wasted.
Do my included seats have booking fees?+
No. Your 4 included seats carry no per-seat concierge fee — you cover the points and airline taxes only.
What if you can't find a seat on my route?+
Reward-seat availability depends on route, timing, and flexibility. Our flight concierge team searches across up to 12 airline partners, and we prefer 3 to 6 months of lead time for international trips. We'll always tell you honestly if a request looks unlikely — we never promise specific seat outcomes. And if a reward seat isn't available, our Flights Club Travel Agency can find you the sharpest cash price, so the trip still happens.
How is membership treated at tax time?+
That depends on your business, so check with your accountant. We issue a tax invoice for every membership so they can work out the right treatment for you.
Find out if Platinum is right for your business.
A Discovery Call is a 20–25 minute conversation with our team. We look at your current points position, your spend level, and your travel goals — and tell you honestly whether Platinum is the right fit.
