Managed,
not metered.
At Black, the counting stops — for a simple reason: we want you flying more, not less. No seat allowance to track, no changes to ration, because every point earned, every seat found, every trip flown is the membership working. A higher cadence of travel — you come back rested, the family's happy, the work hums. That's the goal we manage to.
Your Business Class travel is included in the membership — found and booked with your points by a dedicated senior flight concierge expert, someone with the depth and experience to go further, search harder, and find options that a standard search will miss. It's matched to your points capacity and how you actually travel, not a quota.
But the seats were never really the point. Black is about arriving well — at the meeting that matters, the milestone you won't get back, the dinner table where everyone made it. Your business already pays for it; we route it to the front of the plane, for you and the people you travel with.
Turn your business spend
into Business Class.
At $5M+ a year, your business moves serious money — cards, bills, payroll, BAS, suppliers. Black turns that spend into a points engine built for Business Class, at the volume a business and household travelling at scale actually need.
We find which of your business payments can earn points — cards, bills, payroll, BAS, suppliers — and which are quietly earning nothing.
We structure the right cards and programs so your spend earns points at full velocity — for co-founders and key people too, not just one account.
Those points fund your Business Class travel for the year — the conferences, the client trips, the family's holidays — found and booked for you, at a fraction of the cash fare.
Book the flight first.
Earn the points back.
Reward seats vanish fast; earning the points can take a year. Max Miles First closes the gap — we advance the points, you earn them back. The Flights Club is the exclusive partner bringing Max Miles and HeyMax First to members in Australia.
Secure the reward seat while it's available — no points needed in hand.
We front the points the booking needs — the seat is confirmed in your name.
Your spend earns them back over time, on the strategy we build with you.
When we find a suitable reward seat, Max Miles First advances the miles and we book it — securing your flight. Reward-seat availability still applies and we never promise a specific outcome. Eligibility applies and it's available on certain points types; we'll guide you on what works for your programs. Advance terms apply.
On points, a Sydney–Europe Business Class seat can cost a fraction of the $12,000+ cash fare.
The included base pays its own way — then the flying takes over.
Recent member booking: Andrew & Fiona — Perth → London, two Business seats on points · saved $12,939.

Plus The Points Travel OS, the Velocity Gold tier jump with 20,000 bonus points, Qatar Avios & Qrewards, your 1:1 with Steve Hui, and the Max Miles for Business.
That's the small print — and ten seats is example maths, not an allowance. We don't count your seats because we want the number going up. The more you fly, the happier we are.
Partner benefit values as published (Pay.com.au Premium $1,980; ALL Accor+ Explorer $349); partner conditions apply. Fee and flying figures are an example of ten return seats across the year — say six business seats (two conferences, suppliers, an offshore team) plus a family holiday for four — at the Rest-of-World concierge rate of $950 per seat, each way ($1,900 per return seat = $19,000); fees are lower on shorter routes. Changes and cancellations are valued as re-bookings that would otherwise carry a new booking fee at standard rates (two in the example = $3,800). Retail fare range is typical for long-haul return Business Class; the seats are flown on your points, so the flying figure is what those seats would cost in cash, not a cash payment. Savings depend on routes, availability and points balances and are not guaranteed. Black bookings are managed to your points capacity and reasonable use — generous and relationship-led.
- ✓Your seats found and booked for you, all year — no seat count to track, no per-booking fee. At standard concierge rates, each return Business Class seat alone is up to $1,900 in booking fees — covered by your membership.
- ✓Change or cancel freely when plans move — on the points reward bookings we manage (not cash tickets), a changed or cancelled flight returns to you rather than being used up. We don't count changes either: you're busy, plans move, and the membership exists to absorb that — maximum flexibility and optionality, no penalty from us, no lost seat.
- ✓Secure now, improve as it comes — your senior concierge can keep improving a booking after it's secured, moving to a better routing or seat if availability opens.
- ✓And the seats fly on points, not cash — seats that retail for $8,000–$15,000 each, paid for with the points your business already earns.

Your Annual
Flight Plan.
Once a year, we sit down with you and map the travel year ahead — the business travel that has to happen, and the personal trips it can fund.
The supplier you need to see in person.
The quarterly visit to your offshore team.
The school holidays. The anniversary.
The trip the family keeps postponing.
Then we route the spend, points and booking strategy so the year flies properly. And when the year wants more points than the business earns, Max Miles can build them on subscription — and the household can earn its own at home with House of Points.
Black is right for you if…
Black is selective — before we accept a member, we confirm the points engine can support the year. The detail is in the note below.
-
Your business spends $5M+ a year — and you want every dollar of it working.
-
You fly Business Class often — and want every trip found and booked, nothing counted.
-
You want flexibility built in — free changes on points bookings, seats secured early.
-
You want the full picture — strategy, bookings, experiences, and the room.
A note on the points requirement: To join Black, we confirm your business is generating — or has the capacity to generate — enough points to support your business and household Business Class travel across the year. This is not a guarantee of outcomes. It is a qualification step that protects your investment. If your points engine is not yet there, we will tell you honestly and show you the path to get there — which may mean starting with Platinum first.

Platinum & Black member community+
“Black is for owners who travel at scale. We simply look after the travel — no seat-counting — with a senior expert finding and booking each one, and an annual strategy session with me to set the year up. That is what Black is.”
Nationally limited membership — by invitation — kept deliberately small, so the planning stays personal.
Alongside Steve Hui on strategy, Co-Founder Steve Pirie-Nally — 20+ years crafting curated travel experiences and community — leads your Travel & Experiences and the member community.
Beyond the seat.
First access and member pricing on the Flights Club Travel & Experiences calendar — Antarctica, Formula 1, closed-group journeys you won't find advertised, sourced across points and cash.
It’s led by Co-Founder Steve Pirie-Nally, who brings 20+ years crafting curated travel experiences and community across seven continents.
Known across Australia as The Points Whisperer, Steve Hui is a CPA who spent 11 years at Macquarie Bank before turning points into a discipline. Since 2012 he has helped 6,000+ businesses book over 1 billion points, with 200+ media appearances across 9News, Sky News and The Australian. He sees points the way an accountant sees a balance sheet — and at Black, you have his direct attention.
“The fundamental thing of business, I believe, is do more with less.”
A third-generation aviator with 20+ years designing transformational travel — Antarctic expeditions with Peter Hillary, Formula 1 weekends, and global events. Steve delivers the destination: the experiences, and the room of operators who make where you land — and who you land with — mean something. He designs the membership experience: chapter dinners, curated trips, and the introductions that actually land. He co-hosts the Always Business Class podcast.
“A flight gets you somewhere. The room is what makes the trip mean something. My job is to make sure every member finds both.”
A private room.
Owners who get it, at the same table. Platinum and Black members share a private community — separate from Explore — where the conversation is equal parts business and the life it's meant to buy. Dinners where the person beside you understands the year you've had. Trips your family still talks about. And the first thing new members mention isn't the seats — it's that dinner conversation changes: from what the business needs to where you're going next.
“The measure of Black is simple: you shouldn’t have to think about the seat. You tell us where the business needs you, and it’s found, booked on your points, and changed without fuss when the plan shifts. When it’s working, it’s quiet — you just arrive, at the front of the plane, ready for whatever you came for.”
Before you decide
Do you buy the flights for us?+
No — and that's the point. Your membership covers our strategy and booking service. We find Business Class reward seats and book them using your points; you pay the points and the airline taxes and carrier charges, which is why the seats cost a fraction of the retail fare. We never sell or supply airline tickets.
Can I change or cancel a booking?+
Freely, when plans move — there's no allowance to count. A changed or cancelled flight returns to you, rather than being used up.
What if I travel less one year?+
Then you travel less — there's no allowance to use up or forfeit. Black is managed around your actual travel, not a quota, so nothing is wasted.
What's the points requirement to join?+
We confirm your business is generating — or has the capacity to generate — enough points to support your household's Business Class travel across the year. If your points engine isn't there yet, we'll tell you honestly and show you the path — which may mean starting with Platinum first.
With no seat count, is there any limit?+
Black is managed on a fair-use basis. There's no seat count to track, but the membership is designed around your own business and household travel — matched to your points capacity and how you genuinely travel across the year. It's generous and relationship-led, not an unlimited allowance, and it isn't a service for reselling or booking on behalf of unrelated parties. We agree the shape of a normal year with you up front, and if a pattern of use falls well outside it, we'll simply have a conversation. In practice, members find there's more flexibility here than they'll ever need.
What if you can't find a seat on my route?+
Reward-seat availability depends on route, timing, and flexibility. Your senior flight concierge expert searches across up to 12 airline partners, and we prefer 3 to 6 months of lead time for international trips. We'll always tell you honestly if a request looks unlikely — we never promise specific seat outcomes. And if a reward seat isn't available, our Flights Club Travel Agency can find you the sharpest cash price, so the trip still happens.
