Your 10 return Business Class points seats are included in the membership. A dedicated senior booking expert handles the searches — someone with the depth and experience to go further, search harder, and find options that a standard search will miss. When you need more than 10 seats, you book additional at 30% off the standard concierge rate.
Unused seats roll forward as long as you remain a Flights Club member. Nothing is wasted.
